About us
Happy ERP is a shop-management system built in Lao from the ground up — not a foreign system that was translated. Built by the T & K team for Lao merchants who sell through Facebook, Live, chat and an online storefront.
1What it does for a shop
- One inbox — messages and post comments from every Page in one queue, turned into an order inside the chat
- Orders and stock — reserve the item the moment a customer says CF · deduct on shipment · never oversell
- Order page and tracking page for customers — nothing for them to install
- Delivery · COD · district-level shipping fees using real Lao addresses
- Reports and tax — true profit after cost, shipping and commission, plus VAT invoices
- AI assistant — drafts replies from the shop's real prices and stock, never invented
2What we do not do
Stated plainly
- We are not a party to the sale between the shop and its customer
- We do not collect or disburse money on a shop's behalf — payment goes straight to the shop's account
- We do not sell data, and one shop's data is never shown to another shop
3The data belongs to the shop
Shop and customer data belongs to the shop — we only store and process it on the shop's instructions. Export to a file at any time, and request deletion. Details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4Languages
The interface runs in three languages: Lao (primary) · English · Thai. Wording, dates and money formats follow real Lao usage (kip · village/district/province · Lao phone formats).
